Non-Hodgkin’s T-lymfoma associated with enteropathy (EATL) is a tumor of cells corresponding with intraepithelial lymphocytes of T- cells line of the small intestine with heterogeneity of morphological picture and clinical course mostly depending on the grade of blastic transformation of tumor cells. It occurs mainly in relation with malabsorption syndrome mostly with sprue (coeliac disease) that is considered precancerosis of this tumor disease. Risk factors of development of this malignant complication in patients with sprue imply time of gluten exposition, coeliac disease diagnosed at higher age and coeliac disease refracter to therapy. It is a very severe disease with bad prognosis and high mortality. The authors present a clinical case of a female patient with a late diagnosed celiac disease at higher age that was complicated with development of EATL.
