An incoming data flow about direct and interposed effects of Helicobacter infections (further only HP) re-create our knowledge about the effect of bacteria on a person´s organism. Depending on bacteria reactivation and new antibiotics entering practical life eradication schemes and thus also guidelines are changing. Besides diseases with generally acknowledged mediation of HP on treatment aetiology, a new group of extragastric diseases is defined, aetiology of which HP bacteria could participate in. Two of them, familiar thrombocythopenia and sideropenic microcystic anaemy, have been added to the 1st group of diseases with proved HP participation, and which is highly recommended to be eradicated in any case. The interest is risen concerning allergic diseases, bronchitis asthma, and obesity. Neurologic, cardiovascular, skin, and mental diseases have been discussed for a few years as well.
