Use of medicines of various origin shows positive trend and drugs are extensively utilized in modern type of clinical medicine as OTC drugs, combinations because a monotherapy usually is not achieving therapeutic goals. There is evidence in Guide-lines for hypertension, chronic heart failure, DM, AIDS, Peptic ulcer disease and others various diseases. An inverse relationship exists between number of medicines in treatments scheme and safety issues of therapy. In contrary to well developed health care in countries like England, Nederland, Sweden and others, in the domestic literature a question pharmacovigilance and drug interactions are rarely discussed and take place on „the bottom of line“. Generally accepted opinion, that „safety of drug“ dominantly should solve only state organs seems to be obsolete and wrong.
