Humoral immunodeficiency is the most common type of primary immunodeficiency that occurs in adulthood as well.
Their diagnosis is complex and we often get this disease per exclusionem of other causes of hypogamaglobulinemia.
It is often diagnosed in more advanced stages of the disease. The first manifestations can be presented by
recurrent infections, autoimmune diseases of different organ systems. Because of the heterogenous clinical picture
and problematic diagnosis, it is the challenge to detect this disease early. A key factor is close interdisciplinary
collaboration and accurate of diagnostics using and searching for new sensitive diagnostic markers. These significantly
increase the detection of patients in early stages, prevent the development of life-threatening infectious, autoimmune
and malignant complications. And thus improve the survival of patients with CVID.
