Celiac disease belongs to common diseases in our geographical region and a number of various information and miscellaneous and chronic courses of disease makes the exact aspect of this intricate disease complicated. We have decided to elaborate less traditional areas related to celiac disease to get the aspect of this problem better. The article presents affliction of pancreas and celiac disease. The relation can be directly related to immunological mechanism of affliction of pancreas tissue or it can be associated with celiac disease. Diseases associated with celiac diseases, e.g. type 1 diabetes mellitus, are also known. Disorders of development of enterohormones are verified experimentally and clinically. Involvement can be in the region of internal and external secretion of the pancreas. In case of refractory celiac disease and in deficient respond to gluten free diet or in any signs of pancreatic insufficiency it is adequate to exclude disorder of the pancreas a begin with adequate therapy. The clinical status of the patient with celiac disease can get better and at the same time the progression of affliction of the pancreas can be prevented.
