Vaccination rate of the population against the flu depends greatly on the attitude of themedical practitioner to the vaccination. Health care worker should be vaccinated against the flu because of his responsability not only for his own health, but also for the health of his family and his patients. WHO changed priority groups with recommended vaccination in 2012. It is highly recommended to vaccinate pregnant women, health care workers, children in age group from 6 months to 5 years, older people and higly risk groups without interest of the level of priority. Newly, there is available the 4-valent vaccine with the enlarge protection potential against 2 A types and 2 B types of influenza viruse. The recommendations are consistent with those for 3-valent vaccines.
