Authors summarize contemporary knowledge on renal vessels diseases with intention on hereditary/congenital diseases and their importance in pediatrics. Arteriovenous aneurysms are more often acquired than congenital, but we need think on them especially in hypertension differential diagnosis. Renal arteriovenous malformation is abnormal connection among the intrarenal arterial and venous system. They can be a cause of the many serious diseases (macroscopic hematuria, anemia, serious hypertension, congestive heart failure). Acquired form of the renal arteriovenous malformation-arteriovenous fistula belongs to the often renal biopsy complications. Renal artery stenosis is in children the most serious cause of the renovascular hypertension. The imaging methods development takes part in more often stenosis diagnostics in children and substantially were improved also therapeutical methods. Knowledge on renal vessels distresses must be basic part of the pediatrician education.
