Intersexual genital malformations claim interdisciplinary team for complex diagnostical and therapeutical approach. The most common is Congenital adrenal hyperplasia syndrome, divided by Prader into five degrees. Corrective surgery is recommended into two stages. The most frequent genital malformations are disturbances in development of Müllerian paramesonephrical ducts. We classify the as horizontal or gynatresias (hymeneal atresia, partial vaginal aplasia and aplasia of vagina et uterine cervix), disturbances of confluence of Müllerian ducts (one coated and double coated malformations). Combination of those two mechanisms represents syndrome of incomplete reduplication of internal genitalia: hemihaematocolpos, hemihaematometra and haematometra in rudimental horn. The most serious malformation represents uterine and vaginal aplasia. After solving Müllerian anomalies we must search for haematosalpinges and for vaginal adenosis.
