In adnexal laparoscopic surgery laparoscopic procedures cannot be defined as strictly limited type of endoscopic gynecological operation because they are very often connected with surgery of surrounding organs. The following laparoscopic procedures are the most frequent: surgery of adhesive processes in pelvis minor, surgical procedures related to tubal fertilization, surgery in ectopic pregnancy, surgery of acute or chronic inflammation of adnexes, surgery in endometriosis, surgery of true and false ovarian tumors such as ovarian and parovarian cysts, ovarian tumors, operations of torsion of adnexes and tubal sterilisation. A special chapter is the newer method with different approach of optics into the abdominal cavity - s.c. transvaginal hydrolaparoskopy. The basic adnexal laparoscopic surgery should be used at all in-patient gynecological department.
