The indication interval for the termination of breech delivery fails to have well-marked confines, and the decision to large extent depends on obstetrician’s education and the obstetrical school. The number of breech deliveries is not the most important moment for obstetrician erudition but his ability to resolve obstetrical situation. Quite a number of factors playing role at the moment of indication have ancillary nature, and tend to increase of breech delivery rate. However, the fact is not generally accepted in all countries; nowadays it is obvious that a primarily indicated Caesarean section at this presentation without any other indications is not a wrong decision which would dishonor the obstetrician’s qualities.
