The aim of the work is to analyse the incidence of microorganisms Mycoplasma hominis and Ureaplasma urealyticum in our material and to evaluate their sensitivity to antibiotics. We evaluated the results of samples from the urogenital tract in years 2010-2013. At positive findings we evaluated the sensitivity of monitored microorganisms to antibiotics. The material was examined by commercially produced sets Mycoplasma DUO and Mycoview. We observed higher incidence of ureaplasmas (85-87 %) than of mycoplasmas (13-16 %). Out of all examined samples 40 % were positive. The share of sensitive or resistant strains Mycoplasma hominis and Ureaplasma urealyticum to tested antibiotics during monitored period has not changed. Good sensitivity of both observed microorganisms to doxycycline, josamycin, pristinamycin and tetracycline was proved. In Mycoplasma hominis we observed good sensitivity also against ofloxacin.
