Sexuality is a essential part of the life of both men and women and significantly influences the quality of life in both
sexes. Pharmacotherapy of reduced sexual desire, interest, and excitement in men includes causal medical treatment
in a specific group of endocrinopathies. Testosterone treatment, in addition to focusing on male sexual functions,
particularly libido, the development of primary and secondary sexual signs and spermatogenesis, also has
significant multi-organ benefits. Cumulative evidence from both animal and human population studies reveals new
promising lab markers in the prevention of male health. Spermiograms and testicular dysgenesis are increasingly
seen in recent literature as biological markers of male sexual health. Therefore, a set of these examinations
can now be considered as significant markers of male health prevention, especially in men of younger age groups.
