Back pain is one of the most common causes of sickness. Together with headache it is one of the most common reasons which leads the patient to a neurologist. Low-back pain radiating to the lower extremities may be caused by lesion of nerve roots or nerve plexus. The causes of damage are different: compression, inflammation, radiation. Compression is mainly caused by hernia of the intervertebral disc, degenerative spondylotic changes, primary or metastatic tumors. Among extremely rare causes of compression belongs aortic pseudoaneurysm- hematoma arising due to damage of aortic wall. It commonly arises in open or blunt injuries of abdominal wall. In our case report we inform about pseudoaneurysm of infrarenal segment of the abdominal aorta which arose after trepanobiopsy of the bone marrow. The pseudoaneurysm manifested clinically with sensitive and motor deficits in the inervation area of the root L5 and S1 on the left.
