MedOffice is a software tool, which from real MRI, CT or secondary data creates 3D models and allows for other sophisticated
work with models and source data. Primary it serves for spatial orientation during operations, their planning
and preparation, but provides also visual support for a particular operation, while it provides synthesis of several modalities,
modelling of influence of implants, etc. At the same time it serves as a central date storage – input data from
MRI and CT, generated 3D models, customized 3D models, but also video and audio records of operations, and so it provides
well-arranged record of a diagnosis and treatment of a patient.
MedOffice allows connection of several modalities, CT and MRI images to a compact 3D model created from real data,
work with a 3D model – rotation, magnification, filtration of cells with the same density, section in planes (axial, coronal,
sagittal), virtual operations for the needs of operation planning. It also provides integration of medical data and video
signal from medical equipment (data from endoscope, microscope) as well as video signal from cameras in the operation
theatre, all needed data in the same image – 3D model, CT or MRI data, video signal, interconnection of 3D model
with all source data, as well as the possibility to determine and mark in colour the subject of interest, e.g. a tumour and
supportive measurement equipment.
