Materials and methods: In the case report a 74-year-old patient is presented after radical nephrectomy on the right side and after extirpation of tumor of the left solitary kidney with subsequent relapse and progression of the tumor. The condition was evaluated as inoperable one due to accompanying diseases. The primary disease was complicated by severe haematurias. Results: Patient underwent embolization of the renal artery. Conclusion: Renal artery closure is a method of choice in uncontrolled haematuria and inoperable tumors of the kidney.
