Renal replacement therapy is a management continuance of extremely polymorbid outpatients. Complex dialysis therapy, including cardiovascular complications management, consists of patient collaboration, optimal dry weight maintenance, pharmacologic therapy (antihypertensive, hypolipidemic, antiarrhythmic agents), correction of metabolic disturbances, and anaemia. Those procedures only slow renal disease, therefore the quality of patient´s life is faced up to still high, mainly cardiovascular mortality and morbidity. Chronic renal failure prevalence doubled, its incidence four multiplied and the age is main risk factor of arterial hypertension, diabetes mellitus and consequantly of chronic renal failure. It is necessary consistently inform physicians, lay public about kidney diseases, their early registration, prevention and complex therapy. Renal replacement therapy is long term and expensive process, that’s why it is imperative to prevent cardiovascular risk factors development and its complication already in chronic renal disease phase.
