the paper investigates not only the acute situations per se but also chronic conditions that may become acute during
diseases. The conditions are closely connected to changes in anatomy and physiology that may occur during the pregnancy
and are affiliated with demographic changes. The first part of the work deals with endoscopic examinations and
endoscopic methods of treatment, as they form one of the basic performances of gastroenterologists. The second part
of the paper focuses on pharmacological treatment in diseases and outbreak of diseases during pregnancy. The other
part deals with other symptoms such as a real nausea and vomiting causes, ptyalism, acid reflux disease symptoms, ulcer
disease, abdominal pain, acute appendicitis, cholecystolithiasis, acute pancreatitis and rupture of lineal artery aneurysm.
Due to the fact that acute liver failures and their occurrence is a bulky topic to be discussed, the paper does
not deal with it in the paper.
