Scleroderma is an autoimmune tissue disease characterized by fibrosis of visceral organs, skin and vessels. The estimated prevalence is 250 cases per million inhabitants, with a higher prevalence among women. The case report describes a case of a 34-year-old female patient with a 6-year history of chronic diarrhoea, meteorism and a 1-year history of amenorrhea, with repeatedly negative findings in endoscopic examinations. Scleroderma with a typical frontal headache, known as en coup de sabre, was suspected as a reason after the thorough anamnestic and physical examination. After a specific rheumatologic treatment, the patient experienced a prompt relieve in difficulties.
